What’s our (or maybe just mine) favourite seiyuu been up to recently? Let’s find out!
Seiyuu covered in this post (image-heavy)
– Inoue Marina (feat. Chihara Minori)
– Fukuen Misato
– Satou Rina (feat. Komatsu Mikako and Ishihara Kaori)
– Kobayashi Yuu
– Kadowaki Mai
26/07 – Inoue Marina asks her followers for help regarding computer and Photoshop stuff again. I remember one time she asked her followers for Photoshop tips when she was drawing. It seems Marina is bad at computers, though that can be said for probably the majority of all Japanese people, especially if the terms are in English.
Read about the rest of the her struggle here. (read from bottom up since it’s Twitter)
Looks like the ones who told her to resize the files in the first place found out that she was asking her followers on twitter!
27/07 – Marina participated in the Date-A-Live “Date-A-Music” live event (in which she voices one of the main characters, Yatogami Touka) and thanks everyone for attending and cheering her on.
Her day doesn’t end until she tells the world that she has Minorin’s newest single 向かい風に打たれながら (Mukaikaze ni uta renagara), the RAIL WARS OP single released last week, in her possession. The two of them are really good friends and also huge fans of each other. IIRC Marina has attended Minorin’s concerts as a fan and I remember a blog post where Minorin rants crazily about Marina’s latest photobook. Even the concert goodies that Marina bought were of her and Minorin’s characters.
26/07 – Fukuen Misato just came back from a giant anime and manga convention in Hong Kong?!
I don’t know the details but it seems she was a guest at the convention ACG香港動漫節2014 convention (ACG Hong Kong Anime/Manga/Game convention?) for the PS Vita game Oreshika2 (俺屍2). This is a picture of her and the game designer, Masuda Shouji, who is blinking… haha.
26/07 – Satou Rina just finished an event for Kaihou Shoujo SIN/Liberation Maiden SIN, which is getting ported to the PS VITA at the end of this month.
21-27/07 – Kobayashi Yuu had a blast at the Aomori Rock Festival, “Summer’s demons”.
20/07 – speaking of illustrations and birthdays, did you know that Kadowaki Mai can draw? Last week she wished 3 characters from Prisma Illya a happy birthday with this cute fanart.
And that’s it for this time’s Twitter round-up. Not sure if I can get these going weekly but right now fortnightly on Tuesdays is the plan.
